Problems > Amalgam Cleansing
Many health problems may be related to increased
toxic loads from mercury amalgam fillings and root canals.
Although conventional medicine still disputes the existence
of amalgam and root canal-related ailments, we believe they
should be taken very seriously. Patients might have amalgam
fillings and/or root canals for decades without any side effects,
and it is only when additional factors adversely impact health
that ailments become evident. Because the source of many of
these disorders is hard to trace, the dental involvement is
disputed. The Paracelsus Klinik has been clearing amalgam
fillings and addressing root canal problems for years.
Amalgam fillings primarily consists of mercury and silver
in varying proportions, although other elements may also be
involved. Older, dark grey, rough-surfaced fillings release
the most toxins, especially when the oral mucus is acidic.
Mercury is the primary cause for many health problems; its
side effects are toxic and/or allergenic. The most severe
side effect is the intercellular interference caused by mercury’s
impact on nerve endings.
The symptoms of amalgam infections are many. The most common
are disorders related to nerve cells, vegetative nerve cells
and higher brain functions, which lead to problems with concentration,
coordination, memory, or vision. Further symptoms might be
nervousness, sleeping disorders or heartbeat irregularities.
Mercury can also cause various disorders of the mucus membranes,
such as oral and intestinal infections, or increased overall
susceptibility to infections. A very typical symptom is repeated
bladder infections. When these disorders occur, especially
in youth, amalgams should always be considered as a possible
cause. Sensitivity to mercury varies from patient to patient
and is further influenced by other factors, which must be
taken into consideration during therapy: high acidity of the
patient’s mucus or the entire organism contribute to
high mercury sensitivity. Zinc and selenium insufficiency
can have the same effect. These factors must be corrected
during therapy.
The mercury and amalgam cleansing is performed in several
steps and on various levels. The removal of amalgam fillings
is certainly most important,
but even extremely careful removal
with thorough suctioning cannot prevent some absorption of
mercury by the body. However, with careful preparation for
several weeks prior to removal of the fillings, this effect
can be mitigated. PBM patients prepare by taking Alkala alkaline
salt, following a diet low in animal protein, egg whites and
sugar, reducing intake of citrus fruits, and taking selenium,
zinc and vitamin C supplements. Zinc and selenium are used
to occupy those sites in the body still available for mercury,
while the vitamin C and alkaline salt accelerate the mercury
drainage from the interstitial connective tissue.
After this preparation the fillings can be removed, but we
recommend scheduling the removal over several dental sessions.
Once the fillings have been removed the actual amalgam cleansing
begins—a process of several month’s duration.
Bioresonance and homeopathic methods are widely used to remove
amalgams from the body, but we believe these methods, while
helpful, are insufficient, as molecular mercur
y ions have
physically attached themselves to nerve endings and must be
physically removed. The full PBM amalgam removal protocol
includes the following:
| • |
After each filling removal the patient receives
a detoxifying and liver/kidney stimulating injection |
| • |
The patient is advised to drink large amounts of mostly
alkaline liquids and Alkala |
| • |
The medicament Antiox-Detox, which contains minerals
and other elements, dislocates the mercury |
| • |
Liver and kidney stimulating teas are recommended |
|
• |
Homeopathic amalgam and mercury in potencies of D12
to C100 are prescribed |
• |
Bioresonance and Acupuncture may also be used to support
the cleansing but we are convinced that these methods
alone do not suffice and can actually worsen the patient’s
condition if the patient has not been prepared prior to
removal of the fillings |
Though this healing process takes from six
months to two years, these methods have been used by the Paracelsus
Klinik to heal many patients, some of whom suffered from severe
chronic illnesses.
